Multimedia elective student at Las Vegas Academy of the Arts

I’m Deanna Webber, a junior at Las Vegas Academy of the Arts, and I’m on a journalism journey. It all began just last year when I dipped my toes into the world of storytelling. While I’ve always had a knack for photography, I never fully explored writing, social media, and the other facets of Multimedia. But hey, that’s changed now!

Over the past year and continuing into this one, I’ve been diving headfirst into article writing and social media management for the LVA community. It’s been quite the ride—a real learning curve—but boy, have I grown. My skills have leveled up big time thanks to this class.
